Getting Started

Getting started is easy!

Simply follow the steps below and you'll have immediate access to all of the
benefits of our on-line appraisal order system.

  1. Print this page for reference.
  2. Click here (picardappraisals.com/order/signup.asp) to be directed to the client account sign up page.
  3. Fill in all requested information. "Primary Billing Info" should be completed even if it is redundant as this will automatically fill the appropriate section of individual orders.
  4. Take note of the "User Name" and "Password" you selected.
  5. Click "Sign-Up"
  6. You will be directed to the Welcome New User! Screen
  7. Click "Customer Login"
  8. Enter your User Name and Password.
  9. At the "Client Home" page click "Order New Appraisals"
  10. Complete order form. Please use "Special Instructions" field to provide any additional information related to the order such as access instructions, multi-list number, etc.

Please be sure to provide the sale price for purchases. If the order is concerning a re-finance, please select the "Re-Finance" check box and provide the owners' estimate of value.

NOTE: Picard Appraisals, LLC will provide an objective opinion of value supported by comparable sales data. This value may differ from the owners' estimate.

  1. Shortly, you will receive an e-mail confirming your order. You will also receive e-mails to keep you informed as various steps of the appraisal process are completed.
