Getting started is easy!
Simply follow the steps below and you'll have immediate access to all of the
benefits of our on-line appraisal order system.
- Print this page for reference.
- Click here (picardappraisals.com/order/signup.asp) to be directed to the client account sign up page.
- Fill in all requested information. "Primary Billing Info" should be completed even if it is redundant as this will automatically fill the appropriate section of individual orders.
- Take note of the "User Name" and "Password" you selected.
- Click "Sign-Up"
- You will be directed to the Welcome New User! Screen
- Click "Customer Login"
- Enter your User Name and Password.
- At the "Client Home" page click "Order New Appraisals"
- Complete order form. Please use "Special Instructions" field to provide any additional information related to the order such as access instructions, multi-list number, etc.
Please be sure to provide the sale price for purchases. If the order is concerning a re-finance, please select the "Re-Finance" check box and provide the owners' estimate of value.
NOTE: Picard Appraisals, LLC will provide an objective opinion of value supported by comparable sales data. This value may differ from the owners' estimate.
- Shortly, you will receive an e-mail confirming your order. You will also receive e-mails to keep you informed as various steps of the appraisal process are completed.
